We are experiencing growth and are looking for a like-minded individual to complement our team and serve even more people. Are you that person?
Whether you are someone contemplating a real estate career or an experienced agent, we will provide you with all the tools and systems you need to succeed. We will also consider paid training (unusual for real estate which is typically a commission business). We are looking to hire someone right now!
You can:
- Realistically earn $50,000 to $100,000 (or more) in your first year. (Per Indeed: the most reported income for similar jobs in this market is $77,882 per year and you’ll learn we are anything but average).
- Work remotely and do not need to report to or pay for an office. You can work from home and on the go.
- Enjoy flexible hours. You work at your availability and pace.
I will provide you with:
- All the training you need to succeed- from processes, to programs, to documentation, and more. This could include paid training.
- More client potential than you’ll know what to do with.
- Specialized and ongoing mentoring on systems, marketing, shortcuts, and technology… and how to set these things up so that you have reasonable boundaries around your personal and family life.
- Support and help with details, questions, and other help as needed.
Successful candidate must:
- Currently have or be willing and able to obtain a real estate sales license.
- Have a friendly personality with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Be professional.
- Have a desire to work independently and strong work ethic.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be motivated, self-starting, and disciplined.
- Have time management and follow-up skills.
- Be easy to get along with and work well with a team.
