That’s what most people do… and it’s why most buyers who try to find a property to flip end up frustrated. They’ll spend months and months trying to identify that perfect property… and most give up. Sometimes people spend a lot of time to find that right property… buy it… and regret it.

There are all sorts of things that you can… and should… do before finding that property.

I am a 20-year veteran house flipper. I’ve flipped so many houses that I often had more properties than I could remodel. So, I became a wholesaler. Think of it like just like a merchant middleman… of houses. I would sell… to the house flippers. I created enough profit margin and got my systems so dialed in that I would often sell to the actual house flippers.

So you can imagine I learned some creative strategies and developed systems that worked.
