I make problems and potential problems… disappear… often behind the scenes and without you even knowing about it.  Most transactions have their hurdles… some are big… some are small.  I have the unique know-how to resolve issues. Just yesterday, I had a buyers agent contact me and want to extend the inspection contingency a week because they wanted to have a structural engineer check out my clients home and have an HVAC contractor check out the furnace system.  With my seller’s permission, I had my structural engineer and HVAC guys out to the home within 24 hours. And… both of them cleared my clients home of any issues and we proceeded to closing. I do this stuff every day for my clients.
